If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use any service on this Platform. Use of 5unsur is restricted to persons who are at least 21 years of age.

Access to and use of the 5unsur Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:
Age Restriction: By completing registration you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and deposited funds returned to the payment method of origin. 5unsur reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time.
To access any wagering feature on 5unsur, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to the following obligations:
Each User is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds. 5unsur employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations.
You must register using your real full name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP), your current residential address, a valid email address you have exclusive access to, and an active mobile phone number registered in Indonesia. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must select a strong password and must not share your Account details with any third party. 5unsur will never request your password by email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify us immediately via the contact details in Section 15.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information current at all times. Material changes — such as a change in legal name, residential address, or bank account details — must be notified to 5unsur support within 14 days of the change occurring. Updated information may require re-verification under the KYC process described in Section 4.
5unsur operates a mandatory identity-verification framework in accordance with internationally recognised Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Completion of KYC verification is required before withdrawals can be processed and may be required before bonus funds are released.
Standard KYC submissions are reviewed within 1 to 6 hours during operational hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, seven days a week). Complex submissions or documents requiring escalation may take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email notification upon approval or rejection, with reasons stated in the case of rejection.
5unsur reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: proof of source of funds, re-confirmation of identity following a change of account details, or verification triggered by unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities.
5unsur supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes of approval during peak operational hours. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 5unsur does not charge any withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges. Withdrawals will only be credited to a payment account registered in the same name as your 5unsur Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
The following transaction types are strictly prohibited: deposits or withdrawals on behalf of third parties; transactions structured to circumvent payment limits; use of payment accounts not registered in the Account holder's legal name; deposits from credit facilities or money-lending services; and any transaction intended to abuse a bonus promotion or artificially inflate wagering volume.
5unsur offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of offer.
New players who complete Account registration and KYC verification are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to Rp 2,000,000. The bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit. A wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before any withdrawal can be made from funds derived from the bonus. The bonus must be used within 30 days of activation; unused bonus funds will expire automatically.
Participation in any promotion is subject to successful KYC verification. Promotional offers may be geo-targeted or restricted by Account tier. 5unsur reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by an eligible player.
All games and betting markets on 5unsur are governed by the respective rules published by the game provider or sports trading department. By placing a wager you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
Sports betting on 5unsur covers a broad range of markets including but not limited to BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, the Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup. Popular bet types include Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, mix parlay (accumulator), 1X2, correct score, and both-teams-to-score. In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. All listed odds are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed.
Casino and slot games are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment. The published RTP and game rules for each title are those set by the respective provider. 5unsur does not modify the RNG logic or payout structures of any third-party game.
Wagers on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by 5unsur's trading team will be settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned). In mix parlay bets, a voided selection is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections stand. 5unsur's decision on the settlement of void markets is final, subject to the right to appeal through the formal dispute process described in Section 13.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5unsur Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Platform; reverse-engineer any software component; or use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tool on any part of the Platform without 5unsur's prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to 5unsur become the exclusive property of 5unsur and may be used without restriction or compensation to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5unsur, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising under contract, tort, statute, or otherwise:
In any event where 5unsur is found liable to a User, the maximum aggregate liability of 5unsur shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
No Warranty: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. 5unsur does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team via live chat or email. Before closure is confirmed, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes, and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your nominated payment method following satisfactory KYC confirmation. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
5unsur reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed by 5unsur due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to bonus funds, or funds derived from prohibited activity, may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not involved in a breach will be returned to the Account holder's registered payment method after investigation.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 5unsur will make reasonable attempts to contact the Account holder before levying a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50,000, deducted from the Account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the holder.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable gaming regulations under which 5unsur holds its licence. Where a dispute arises that cannot be resolved informally, the following process applies:
In the first instance, you must contact 5unsur's customer support team describing the nature of the dispute in detail. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage.
If you are not satisfied with the informal resolution outcome, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our compliance department at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". A senior compliance officer will review your case and respond within 10 business days.
Any dispute not resolved through the above process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
5unsur reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to withdrawal limits, bonus conditions, or eligibility requirements — we will notify registered users by email and display a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.
